We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better nursery for our son. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to each child – it’s clear they love what they do. From day one, they made us feel completely at ease (which is no small feat when you have never done this before). Our son has thrived here, coming home happy, confident and with new skills week on week. Royal Eltham Pre-School have been fantastic from the very start. As a naturally nervous child, my son has been supported with such care, patience, and compassion, helping him to feel safe, happy, and settled within the setting. He has truly thrived, developing both his social skills and his learning, and I now see a confident little boy who is becoming ready for big school.
The staff are exceptional and communicate brilliantly, which has been invaluable as a working mum who doesn’t always have face-to-face contact. I especially love the weekly Tapestry updates, which give us a wonderful insight into the thoughtful and engaging activities planned for the children each day.
